Questions Owners Ask
How much time does it take?
About an hour a week. Each Wednesday session runs 60 minutes. Quarterly planning runs 2-3 hours, and the in-person annual and mid-year sessions are 1.5 days.
Can my number two join?
Yes, at no extra cost for virtual sessions. Bring your COO or number two to most sessions. Scaling Up lessons are where they get the most value, and planning sessions often include the COO and other leaders. Accountability sessions are owner-only, and coaching and The Unbusy sessions are usually just you. In-person events have an added fee per guest to cover food and materials.
What if I miss a Wednesday?
Sessions are live, and being there is where the value is. We don’t record by default, but if you know you’ll miss one, just ask and we’ll record it for you.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time. Cancel and pay nothing further. No long-term contract.
