ScalingCoach.com is run by Bill Gallagher (Scaling Coach) in Oakland, California. This page explains what we collect when you visit, what we do with it, and how to opt out. Short version: we use it to understand who is interested in our work and to follow up. We never sell your information.

What you give us

When you fill out a form (the Q20 Growth Diagnostic, a newsletter signup, a workshop or speaking inquiry) we collect what you enter, such as your name, email, company and answers. We use it to send what you asked for, reply to you, and send our newsletter, which you can unsubscribe from at any time.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics, which uses cookies to tell us which pages get read, roughly where visitors come from, and what devices they use. It does not tell us who you are.

Email and site activity

Our email platform, ActiveCampaign, uses a cookie to record which pages you visit on this site if you are already on our list (for example after you click a link in one of our emails or submit a form). This helps us send you things that fit what you are interested in.

Visitor identification

We use visitor identification services, currently RB2B. Their data partners may use cookies and similar technologies to match activity on this site with business information about you, such as your name, job title, company, professional profile and email address. We use this to understand which companies and leaders are interested in our work, and we or our service providers may reach out to you by email or LinkedIn. This applies to US visitors only.

You can opt out of this at app.retention.com/optout. You can also ask us directly to delete anything we hold about you (see below).

Who else sees it

Only the companies that run parts of the site and our email for us: ActiveCampaign (email), Google (analytics), RB2B (visitor identification), Cloudflare and Railway (hosting), and Postmark (sending email). We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from our emails with the link at the bottom of any email.
• Block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
• Opt out of visitor identification at the link above.
• Email info@scalingcoach.com to see, correct or delete what we have about you. We will handle it within 30 days.

If this changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
